REGULUS SHIP SERVICES was founded in 1998 by Capt. Bhaskar Krishna in Dubai. Capt. Krishna, a product of T.S. 'Rajendra', Mumbai, started his sea career as a Cadet in 1976. He sailed on various types of ships in ascending ranks until getting command as Master in 1987. He left sailing in 1996 and took up a shore job in a towing / offshore Company in... Dubai.
