Refuge offers free comprehensive pregnancy support to women and families. Whether you find yourself in an unexpected pregnancy and are not sure what to do, need help with baby supplies, would like to take part in our free prenatal workshops or need support as you navigate through this new journey, we can help! Refuge offers free pregnancy testing.... We will help you process the news and navigate how we can support you in your journey. If you have recently found out that you are expecting and are unsure what to do, we can walk you through all of your options. We will provide you with information to help you make an informed decision and not a decision based in fear. Refuge can help with a wide range of maternity & baby supplies for those who are in financial need or having a tough month. We can help with diapers, clothing (newborn to 4T) , baby food, blankets, toys, baby accessories etc. Baby supply pickup is the second and fourth Thursday of the month. All of the services offered at Refuge are FREE of charge thanks to our generous community supporters. If you would like to support Refuge as you shop, please drop by our office and pick up your grocery cards from us! As you shop at local grocery stores, grab a coffee at Tim Horton's, and fill your vehicle with gas you are also helping to support families in need in our community!
