Reform Pilates

reFORM offers Classical Pilates, just as Joseph Pilates designed it. The Classical method is systematic so that no apparatus can be divorced from another. We utilize the Reformers, Cadillac, Wall Unit, Barrels, Ped-i-Pull, Wunda Chairs High Chairs and Magic Circles. During a typical session, your workout will be specifically tailored for your body... and goals using all of the tools available within the Pilates System. As a client, you will rarely repeat exactly the same workout so your body and mind will never get bored. All of the instructors at reFORM are classically trained from the best most rigorous training Programs in the country. We are trained from the The Guild Pilates aka Romana Pilates, Pilates Center of Boulder, Power Pilates, and Kolesar Pilates. Each of us has at least 800 hours of study and pursue an active course of continuing education. Every teacher at reFORM also has other training outside of Pilates to better enhance your experience. We also hold certifications in Gyrotonic®, Personal Training, Ballet, Massage Therapy, and Nutritional Therapy All of the instructors at reFORM understand Pilates deeply in all of its intricacies and work to build a strong foundation for each and every student.
