Common conditions that we work with include Depression, Anxiety and other issues that may affect your daily life. We specialise in EMDR Therapy which has been endorsed by both the American Psychological Association, the Australian Psychological Society and most recently the World Health Organisation (WHO) has formally approved EMDR therapy for use with adults, adolescents and children for the treatment of trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, and phobias. We have Psychologists who work with Adults, Adolescents and Children. Our approach is individualised engaging, discreet, eclectic and is an ongoing evolutionary process that utilises Cognitive behavioural therapy, Eye Movement and Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and other evidence based practice.
