Frank Uhlers passion for revitalizing communities through real estate investment led to the founding of Refined Real Estate. His experience identifying, structuring, and managing successful real estate deals helped solidify the investment strategy and vision for the company. Franks investment experience led him to focus on acquisition of multi-family and self storage assets. Frank also founded Refined Realty, a brokerage and property management company, in 2019 and serves as the managing broker. His previous work experience placed him on both the buy and sell side of real estate transactions. He has performed brokerage, property management, and leasing services for clients all over Chicago. These experiences led to the founding of Refined Realty, a brokerage firm focused on delivering the highest quality service to buyers and sellers in both the multi-family and single family space. Previous work experience includes serving as the Director of Acquisitions, for Honore Properties, a Chicago multi-family investment company. At Honore Properties, he was responsible for setting the acquisition strategy of the company and identifying acquisition opportunities around the Chicago area.
