Since our formation we have developed expertise in residential and mixed-use sectors across a series of scales, from modest residential extensions and complex refurbishments to new-build houses and large scale developments for commercial, private and public clients. Established in 2009 the RIBA chartered practice has built a reputation for the crea... tive application of design standards to exceed the clients aspirations. We explore the possibility of each project through an intuitive and analytical study of the context and brief to produce specific architecture solutions maximising the potential of the site or building. We have fostered an extensive knowledge of planning policy, design standards, funding criteria, technical design and delivery to a budget and programme. Our staff have extensive experience of all RIBA work stages from inception to completion on successful residential, mixed-use, master-planning and regeneration schemes.
