It all begins with an idea. REDTAIL was founded in 2016 by Nate Williams, Derick Williams, and Oliver Lewis. Although were not all family, we operate like a family business. We have grown rapidly over the years but have always maintained a steady focus on quality, integrity, and fairness. Our employees are the lifeblood of our company, so we pride ourselves on employee retention and providing reliable family-wage jobs to the communities in which we operate. REDTAIL got its start performing sitework and underground utility installation for residential infill projects in the Seattle area. Since then we have grown into a leading public works, commercial construction, residential construction, trucking, and materials contractor in Washington, Alaska, and North Dakota.
