Redpharma is a consultancy group located near Cambridge UK that provides business development and licensing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The group, established in 2003, is managed by Roger Davies, the former Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Licensing Group, the professional association of business development and licen... sing executives in the healthcare industry. Roger also is the leader of the Finance module of the MSc in Pharmaceutical Business Development and Licensing at the University of Manchester (further details are available on the Training page). Redpharma specialises in evaluating commercial opportunities, deal structuring, valuations and negotiation of deal terms and agreements. Roger Davies has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 30 years and in that time has closed over 100 deals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic and OTC sectors. Redpharma projects include acquisitions of products and companies, inward and outward product licensing, co-development agreements, marketing and co-promotion deals, supply and distribution agreements.
