REDOAK serves quick lunches, relaxed dinners, late night snacks and in-between. We specialise in Australian modern cuisine with a special emphasis on beer. Try our delicious burgers, pizza, tasting boards to brewers' beef, chef specials, vegetarian options and desserts. Our chefs source local grown produce wherever we can believing freshest is best... . BEER & FOOD - The talents of our brewer and chef showcase beer and food pairing and the diversity of beer styles means the combinations are endless. Our unique tasting boards on our menu showcase matching principles. A degustation menu, or beergustation as we call it, is a great way to experience beer and food at the table, just like wine and food. Cooking with beer either enhances or contrasts flavours in the beer and food to create a unique dining experience. THE KITCHEN - Head Chef, Sash's passion for life and food is infused into the menu. With his chef de partie and team of apprentices, they combine fresh and simple produce to create delicious dishes which are then carefully matched with our real craft beers. We use beer extensively in dishes too, such as ice-cream, sorbets, marinades, dressings and if you're lucky beer-infused chocolate truffles (but these go fast!). AWARDS - We hope you are as proud of us, as we are, for our achievements to have won and been finalist in Restaurant & Catering NSW Awards for Excellence every year since 2009 to 2015.
