Our mission at Prosocial Applications, Inc. (DBA RedKangaroo) is to democratize healthcare, equipping healthcare consumers and providers to communicate directly and securely with each other, without the intrusion of health insurance payers, government agencies, fraudsters, or bad actors. We named our RedKangaroo Digital Health Privacy Platform Plat... form after the red kangaroo who leaps high over obstacles, successfully surviving a harsh environment with her joey in her pouch. Patients and family caregivers use the encrypted, multi-factor authenticated Platforms RK360 Cloud Health Records to avoid unauthorized surveillance as they coordinate care and engage with nearby and remote providers in shared data-driven decision making. These consumers first use the App to create longitudinal, consumer-owned, tamper-proof, Cloud Health Records, continuously populated with the contents of their providers electronic health record systems and patient portals. Next, they search the Apps nationwide Find Care directory of licensed healthcare providers, communicating directly with selected providers to ask questions, schedule telehealth and in person visits, and supply necessary HIPAA authorizations. Then, they use the Apps wireless communication tags to share pre-visit information and capture results of telehealth or in-person visits, avoiding dangerous medical mistakes and repetition of costly diagnostic imaging tests. When traveling, they delete the App from their phones, reinstalling when they arrive at their healthcare destinations.
