The directors of Rediscover the World, Andy & Dawn Scase, have worked or travelled extensively in all the destinations we offer and it is this knowledge and attention to detail that sets us apart. Between them they have almost 50 years experience in the travel and tourism industry, furthermore all staff at Rediscover the World have extensive travel experience and knowledge. To maintain our up-to-date programme all of us here at Rediscover visit our featured destinations on a regular basis. Prior to forming Rediscover the World we have experienced working in the customer service department of a larger tour operator, a busy reservations department and atthe Head Office of a Greece holidays specialist. Having encountered all sides of the holiday business we like to treat our customers as individuals, each with a different set of requirements, not as a one of a number. As a small family operator you will always speak with someone who knows you. We co-operate primarily with local agents whom we have known for many years, who have proved themselves reliable and who provide exceptional customer service.
