Red Sky Solutions was founded in 2003 by Dave Stone and Daryl Garcia who have more than 15 years of Salesforce experience. Our story centers on understanding the significance of organizational change within businesses. The name Red Sky Solutions was derived from the old sailor's adage, "Red sky at morning, sailors take warning, red sky at night, sa... ilors' delight". In any organization there tends to be turbulence when change is interjected like bringing on a new system or set of new processes - the "red sky at morning".
