The Red Rose Teaching School Alliance was created in April 2016 when Penwortham Girls High School was successfully designated a Teaching School and joined the existing Bishop Rawstorne TSA, creating a central Lancashire based multiple Teaching School alliance with joint leadership. This is a unique teaching school model created to enhance capacity... in order to maximise school improvement outcomes.
