Red Elephant was founded to take our gift for putting on amazing events, and use it to make the world a better place. Our strongly held belief is that entrepreneurs make the biggest social impact on the planet... We decided that the best way for us to make a large social impact was to empower entrepreneurs through the power of live events and speak... ing, so that they could go and create social change on an even larger scale within their communities. From there, our business grew and morphed over the years, and ultimately, we're now focused on having people build businesses they're proud of so that they can lead lives that they've always dreamed of. P.S. - We're married. 11 years. We have a 9 year-old we couldn't be more proud of and puppy named Gryffin. We've been best friends our whole lives and we bring every bit of that to all of our people. Afrin is the founder and bad-ass CEO of Red Elephant. It was her vision that got the company started back in 2011. With an education in marketing and management, Afrin trains and guides the rest of the team as well as consults and coaches many clients to greater success. As President of the company, Iman heads up a majority of the coaching and training performed within the company. In his past, Iman has worked as an international journalist, a social activist and has managed teams of hundreds of people to great performance and success. He brings all that to RE. As a former Broadway professional, Greg has worked with some of the biggest names in NYC theater. He worked as a personal assistant to one of Broadway's biggest producers and brings all his knowledge for how to organize a business to Red Elephant and makes sure it runs. Issy Alam has her hands in everything Red Elephant does. She wears many hats and juggles them all. She manages everything from producing Red Elephant's events, to administratively running the coaching programs and masterminds and takes care of all of our clients.Read More
