Visit our website at RoofingKettles.com Early Days - 1988 Mark Reeves started his first business, Siena Sealers, while a student at Siena College in New York, graduating in 1989 with a BA in marketing management. During his college days, Mark hired his cousins and friends to canvass neighborhoods throughout the Capital District, knocking on doors, handing out flyers and offering free estimates. The driveway sealing business grew into the commercial market space and developed a loyal following. Older brother Ned Reeves joined the business in 1990, after graduating with a degree in civil engineering from RIT. The business quickly expanded, offering paving and other pavement maintenance services, such as crack sealing, line-striping, asphalt rejuvenation, infrared repairs, snow plowing and eventually equipment sales. Recycling Equipment In 1999, the company became the east coast distributor for the German-made Bagela asphalt recyclers, and played a significant part in the introduction of asphalt recycling technology throughout the United States. PTIC later teamed with the British mfg RSL, distributing the PT-PRO line of asphalt recyclers throughout North America. PTIC manufactures its own line of small portable asphalt mixers which can be mounted to a skid steer.
