Kerry's combined Clinical, Sales, Product Management, Senior Management and Recruitment Consulting background enables her to understand her client needs and deliver the best solution. Kerry is tertiary qualified with a Science Degree in Biochemistry and Microbiology from the University of Sydney. She developed her knowledge of the recruitment industry when employed with Tanner Menzies (now Randstad) in the late 90's; and her expertise in Senior Management, Product Management and Business Development, through her previous employment with Johnson & Johnson Medical and Boehringer Mannheim Australia (now Roche Diagnostics). Kerry has recruited, trained and managed her own sales teams and has developed extensive strategic solution based and business-to-business skills in the sale of complex, high-end capital equipment to Public and Private Hospitals, ultimately resulting in better patient care. In her first sales role Kerry sold Diagnostic and Research products to Hospitals and Medical Research Institutes.
