The Company operates in a non-cyclical industry characterised by non-discretionary repeat purchases. Since its establishment as a standalone business five years ago, it has increased revenues by 70%. Recover is a pan-Nordic operator with full national coverage in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Recover has more than 2,500 employees across the Nordics, operating from around 110 branches In 2013, Agilitas Private Equity acquired ISS Skadeservice, the Norwegian, Danish and Finnish damage control activities of ISS, in three simultaneous carve-outs. The businesses were merged and subsequently rebranded Recover Group. During 2013 and 2014, recover focused on separating from ISS and creating a Group Management team. Previous chairman Stle Angel (previously CEO Elixia) and CFO Finn Øistein Nordam (previously CFO of Blueway and Samlerhuset) joined Recover in 2014.
