About REAL Services
REAL Services is the umbrella organization for the three divisions that serve vulnerable older adults and low-income persons of all ages. The three divisions include Area Agency on Aging, Alzheimer's & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana, and Community Action. Area Agency on Aging assists older people to maintain their independence as much as possible. Alzheimer's & Dementia Services of Northern Indiana provides support to those suffering from dementia and their families and caregivers. Community Services assists low-income families in achieving self-sufficiency. REAL Services exists as a unique organization with a network of unduplicated services. These cost-effective programs are designed to enhance or enable self-sufficiency while making a lasting difference in people's lives and the health of the community.Explore more
