Over the last 35 years, Jim has successfully guided the company to become one of the premier builders on the Western and Eastern Shores of Maryland. Real Estate General's early concentration was on the Western Shore, where Jim constructed single family homes, condominiums, office buildings, and custom homes in Anne Arundel and Calvert Counties. Since 2002, the company has also started building homes in Queen Anne's County, Caroline County, and Dorchester County. Any buyer, from the first-time home-owner to those moving up to more customized homes, will find a design in Jim's portfolio to suit their needs and budgets. In Anne Arundel County the subdivision is called James Way located in Edgewater. In Caroline county the subdivision is called Trice Meadows located in Denton.
