Reach Out is a charity dedicated to supporting the Wyre Forest Community and promoting emotional well-being and mental health. We do this via one-to-one support, therapeutic services and group workshops. We aim to support and promote mental health and help people overcome life's difficulties. We are an inclusive charity who offer support to all ages, by providing a trained support volunteer who can be a non-judgemental listening ear. We know how much better it feels to talk through our problems, and the benefit that it can bring to our well-being.
