REACH provides services to both children and adults. How do I know which treatment option is right for myself or a loved one? After listening to your problem or situation, the company then select the most qualified member of the company's group of mental health experts to personally work with you to design the best treatment option for the best pos... sible results. Your input is essential throughout the entire process. Treatment may include individual therapy sessions, family or couples sessions, or a combination of these that are based on your individual needs. How do I make an appointment? The first step to scheduling an appointment is to call REACH at (216) 453-1112. A trained professional will have a confidential conversation about your concerns. If it is determined that counseling services may be beneficial, the company will assist you in scheduling your first appointment. Where do I go for counseling? REACH provides counseling at six locations in Brook Park, Bedford, Cuyahoga Falls, Elyria, Willoughby Hills, and Ravenna. The company can also see clients in the home for added convenience. In addition, REACH may also provide transportation to clients on a case-by-case basis to ensure the client can access services. How do I pay for counseling?
