RE Management has managed thousands of homes and apartment units throughout the country. Once we close on a property, our trained staff focuses on getting the property prepared for sale. They work closely with the construction team to coordinate everything that needs to get done. In a buy and hold investment situation, we manage the property for the client until the seller is ready for disposition. Managing services include, but are not limited to, marketing for new tenants, rental and sale studies of properties, screening & interviewing tenants, collecting rents, handling all tenant inquiries, overseeing all maintenance requests and the rehabilitation of the property. We email out a monthly report with a written summary that includes the month's events, financial profit and loss statements, current rent rolls, vacancy updates, construction updates and what's expected in the upcoming months ahead.
