Another facility located about 20 km away from the cannery has been added to the growing reach of RD within the Madang community. RD is currently developing 860 hectares of land where the 104m private wharf, 7000 metric tons capacity cold storage with 36 metric tons/day blast freezing capability, a fish processing facility and 90 metric tons (daily capacity) ice-making plants are also located.
