Established in 2005, Strohs Automotive Services is a full-service preventive maintenance and automotive repair center with locations in Tacoma, WA and Gig Harbor, WA. We only use quality replacement parts, and our technicians are ASE-certified. In July of 2016, Darla & Greg Pessimer, owners of Pessemiers Complete Automotive, retired. Eric, was able to acquire their building adding a second location. As the business continued to grow the original Gig Harbor location was becoming to small. In his search for a new location he found that Rob, owner of RCs Auto Repair, wanted to retire. Eric, was able to acquire this location in Dec of 2018, allowing Strohs Automotive Services to relocate and at the same time upgrade their Gig Harbor facility. This has seen Strohs Automotive Services grow from a 2 bay shop that operated from a seperate garage next to his home to 2 locations and 10 bays. None of this growth would not have possible without the support of the extended family which includes our employees and customers. Family owned and operated, Eric, is a 3rd Generation Small Business Owner. His grandparents opened Strohs Feed Store, in Gig Harbor in 1950. His father and Aunts continued to run the store until 2011 when the store closed and was sold to Wilco Farm Stores. Eric, takes pride in carrying on the Stroh family name by continuing to run his shops where all his employees are treated like family and the customers are always welcomed as if they are an extended family member.
