Em... ma Tideswell, Recruitment Director began her recruitment career as an In-House Recruitment Officer working for a well known and successful call centre based in Crewe, Cheshire. Having worked previously in call centres herself, Emma's recruitment career has grown and developed. Working closely with call centres in the local area, RCM supports them in finding both volume and head office staff. More recently Emma has been working across various sectors including Finance, Engineering, Legal, IT and Sales. Other members of the team at RCM Recruitment include Ellia Hutchins who works as a Recruitment Consultant and Josh Graham, who works as a Recruitment Resourcer. As well as supporting with the day to day recruitment within the business Ellia and Josh play a big part in making local businesses in Stoke-on-Trent aware of the services that RCM Recruitment have to offer.
