Ray Gun Revival

Ray Gun Revival (RGR) is an e-zine (electronic magazine) publication that is targeted to a particular kind of story and not a specific age group. With that said, we assume that those who will find the most interest in these stories will be readers aged 14 to adults. We believe it is impossible to tell an adventure story without revealing something... of the authors or the characters moral compass, and we will try to stick to the high road. Stories that do have some kind of rowdy language or anything approaching explicit content will be clearly labeled. While the RGR Overlords are men and women of faith behind the scenes of the magazine, we believe that the moral struggles, failures, and triumphs inherent in space opera and golden age sci-fi speak for themselves. Therefore, we intend to wield a collectively light editorial hand and trust that that will bear itself out in the published works. Ray Gun Revival is mostly about the simple things: well-crafted stories, great characterization, ideas that will carry us away and refresh our reality-wearied minds, a sense of adventure that will take us to another place for a little while.Read More
