After working with clients like Bio-Essence, aCommerce, FemPeers, amongst others in Singapore, we felt it was about time to tap another market and expand RaRa regionally. Indonesia is an exciting market with rapidly growing eCommerce industry and logistics players still struggling to cope up. Indonesia has some big players in this segment but not all of them have been able to strike a balance between customer service and cost. In such a scenario, irrespective of being a new entrant, RaRa will be able to change the landscape of this industry by improving the service standards and optimising costs.
