With expertise gained from companies which include Electronic Data Systems, Qwest, USinternetworking and IQ Wired, Rand Communications' mission is to optimize a company's telecom infrastructure and services both from a performance an... d economic perspective. This business was created based on the observation that service providers, agents, resellers and auditors who occupy this space consistently lack technical knowledge around sophisticated technologies and how they fit into a framework for cost reduction.
