RAM Computers sold parts, accessories, and systems from our store in West New York, NJ. The core business revolved around providing service for local businesses and residents. The customer base expanded to include community organizations, such as the public library, fire department, and Municipal Utilities Authority. RAM Computers became a well-kno... wn establishment in the community. In appreciation for the community's support, we contributed to local school events. In 2003, RAM Computers restructured its business to realign itself with changing market conditions. The proliferation of wireless networks required on-site service. The new business model did not require a store front, hence, RAM Computers relocated to a shop in North Bergen, NJ. The reorganization also facilitated servicing larger companies such as JP Morgan, Met Life, IBM, and Bank of New York. The new business model resulted in increased customer convenience and lower operating costs. With many homes having multiple computers and businesses searching for smarter and more efficient ways to utilize their technology, RAM Computers is aggressively working to fill the new void. The new paradigm shift is marked by shortening the company name to RAM Computers (Technologies, Inc. was dropped). Since RAM Computers opened its doors in 1996 many computer repair shops have come and gone.
