About Railroad Brewing
Established in 2015. "What do you want to do with your life?" Answer: " I just want to brew beer!" That was the conversation had between founders Tom Wagner and Jerome Moore in March of 2013. The concept of Railroad Brewing Company was born. Flagship brews like Red Caboose and Coal Train Stout were created, and the idea of bringing a craft brewery to Lorain County, using influences from the Colorado brewery scene began! After years of research and planning, Tom and Jerome welcomed Dave Lengyel to the team to put the plan in full motion. It is Dave's marketing background as well as his tireless work ethic that allowed the brewery dream to become a reality. In the summer of 2016 our team added Tom Culler, from the hand-crafted tables in the brewery to the day to day operations. Come and enjoy one of our fresh brews or one of our Ohio guest beers.
