Lealand has spent a career in the Public Service Industry before starting the construction business. As a Deputy Fire Chief he found building construction to be fascinating eventually leading him to starting in customer construction projects. Building beautiful homes throughout the hill country is how he now spends his days. Jason has spent the majority of his adult life in law enforcement. After working for some time with Lealand Raiford on housing projects it became clear that the building industry is where he belonged. After starting a very successful tract home business building spec homes in the Burnet area Jason Davis and Leland Raiford created their custom home business Raiford Davis Construction. Dre is our Project Leader and is the the boots on the ground for most of our projects throughout the hill country. Dre has been apart of our building family for many years and the customers love working with him.
