Radiology Associates has performed diagnostic and interventional radiology in the Monroe, Louisiana and outlying areas since 1966. By the late 1960s, two radiologists performed routine X-ray, fluoroscopy, cobalt therapy, superficial X-ray therapy and radium implants. Today, there are nine partners and two part-time radiologists, all certified by the American Board of Radiology and seven are subspecialty trained. They are fellowship trained in neuroradiology, interventional neuroradiology, vascular and interventional radiology, MRI, Ultrasound, CT, Abdominal Imaging, and Body MRI. All provide the best in diagnostic imaging interpretations and image-guided procedures.
