The firm is lead by founding Principal, Mr. Constantine Radeff, an accomplished architect, artist and educator. He is graduated in Europe, is a registered architect in the Province of Ontario and NCARB certified, allowing him for reciprocity to practice in USA as well. In order to serve better golf course owners, operators and managers, Mr. Radeff furthered his studies at Harvard University, Massachusetts, USA and obtained a Certificate in "Golf Clubhouse Programming, Planning and Design".
