He was requested by the ANC to acquire 450 taxis to transport ANC members to Namibia to assure that the fair elections and the independence of the country. Mr Rabali was requested by honourable Mr. Mac Maharaj and honourable Mr Dullar Omar previous Transport Ministers in the National Cabinet of South Africa to be on a panel of advisors for the transport related matters during the early stages of the democratic process within South Africa.
