To accompany Exporter and / or Service Contractor to help in the overseas trip at Exporter and / or Service Contractor's wish & expense. To help getting visa including getting invitation, preparing papers, guiding on documentation, vaccination, Driving license, overseas insurance etc. Getting samples of products, packing and other required material. Delivering B/L to parties concerned as per instructions of exporters/Service Contractor. To facilitate initial or subsequent survey/s in the Territory. To guide about suitable accommodation, food, conveyance, personnel & communication facilities available in the Territory at reasonable rates. Free accommodation for one person for maximum 30 Days along with basic connectivity like phone, internet and Car. Availing list of related products' buyers in the Territory and arranging meetings with them. Arrange office facility for the Exporter and / or Service Contractor & other office equipment's. To offer Business SOlutions to the Importers, Exporter & Investigating Firm needing to secure their products or establish a foothold in South African Market Place.
