R & E Associates, Inc has been managing condominium and home owners associations since 1981. Currently our portfolio is made up of 85% condominium and home owners associations and 15% rental properties. Our office is located in Kennebunk though we manage nearly 2,000 units from Ogunquit to Topsham. We have four property managers, an office staff of... six, and a maintenance department of six. We are a completely digital office through the use of DocStar Document Management and we use property management specific software that is one of the best in the industry. This technology allows us to operate as efficiently as possible and supply customized information to associations in a timely and professional manner. Due to our vast experience we are able to analyze costs of everything from grounds maintenance to insurance policies and ensure the association is getting optimal value. We often discover efficiency opportunities quickly in properties we begin managing. Our active involvement in the Community Associations Institute (CAI) enables us to maintain the quality and effectiveness of our service and provide you with industry leading news and trends as CAI is a worldwide leader in providing education and resources for community associations. We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our office is open Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
