About Quest Fitness Center
Grand Master Tung Dinh is the owner and operator of Quest Fitness Center. Dinh started his journey in Tae Kwon Do in 1980, currently having 39 years of experience. Dinh is a 6th Degree Black Belt in the World Tae Kwon Do Federation. Dinh spent 13 years in the United States Military and obtained the rank of Captain in the National Guard. Dinh has a BS in Biology and Military Science and a minor in Chemistry. Charlie has been working out for over 30 years and has been certified in personal training for 2 years. He obtained the Personal Trainer Certification and the Group Fitness Trainer Certification in January of 2018, then he created Forever Fit . Forever Fit offers training for all ages. Charlie also spent 10 years in the U.S. Air Force serving as a Master Technical Instructor (TI) .
