QSS was established in 1990 and has consulted to a number of clients on various projects including apartment blocks, housing developments, schools, churches,... office blocks, luxury residential homes, etc. With the exceptional experience we have gained since 1990 we can offer clients a wide variety of services including, Estimating, Feasibility Studies, Tender Facilitation, Compilation of Bills of Quantities, Cost Control, Project Management, Valuation of Buildings, Damage Assessment, Compilation of a Professional Team, Facilitation with Building Finance Applications and Calculation and Submission of Bond Draws. Our Project Management team have worked on a number of diverse projects and are not limited to the construction industry.
