IBC case update - 2018/12/19 December 19th, 2018 We have been in contact with our lawyers again today and they told us they are still waiting for the other parties' lawyers to confirm when the funds have been transferred. Once that transfer is done, another one will be executed to send the money owed to QuadrigaCX into a central account which can then be sent to different payment processors. In terms of numbers, we cannot disclose any amounts but we are going to have more than enough to completely clear the pending withdrawals list as well as the missing withdrawals. If your payment is marked as pending, it will be sent as soon as the money is released to us (or shortly after, give it a few days to reach the payment processor). If your withdrawal is marked as completed, we will go through each of our payment processors and check whether it has been queued for transfer or has been sent and act accordingly. We will bring you more information tomorrow even if it's nothing much. CIBC case update December 16th, 2018 The Superior Court of Justice has approved the payment of funds out of court. There will be some delay before the funds are available to be paid to QCX and can be used to fund withdrawals. First the court must process the order, then, according to the terms of the order, the funds go first to QCXs payment processor, and from there to QCX.
