All of our investigators are individually licensed as private detectives in their respective states and are tempered with the discipline, knowledge, and high ethical standards that you expect upon hiring an agency. The QIS Group's marketing staff is responsible for the initial intake of investigative work requests. Since we are not limited to conducting only surveillance type operations, we believe that our investigators need more information than is usually relayed through this process. Therefore, it is our policy to have the individual investigator contact the client and discuss the assignment before, during, and after each investigation. This provides our clients with the unique ability to keep the investigator abreast of rapidly changing strategy, litigation, and schedules which in turn allows us the ability to concentrate on specific case requirements. John K. Broome, founder of The QIS Group, Inc., holds a BS degree in criminology and was active in several criminal justice organizations.
