Harry Apkarian, long time entrepreneur of the Capital District, and his son, David Apkarian, saw the vision to establish a top notch materials testing laboratory in upstate New York. The establishment of QCQA Labs works in close conjunction with TransTech Syst... ems' Research and Development team, which allows QCQA Labs to be on the cutting edge of new technological advances in the industry. Although construction materials testing represents only a small fraction of the total investment in your project, you could otherwise be faced with high, unbudgeted costs for remedial action if these requirements are not properly met.
