Q Solutions was established in 2003 by Thomas Galway and Neasa Hunter to provide innovative management solutions to all industry sectors in Northern Ireland and beyond. As well as providing pragmatic, hands-on Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management solutions to organisations who are registered to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO... 50001, OHSAS 18001 and AS 9100, we also deliver a range of management development and professional effectiveness training workshops. We provide consultancy and training services across all industry sectors, including housing associations, healthcare, the public sector, marketing services, heavy industry, production, high technology, architectural and building services, distribution, and financial services. Working on the basis that each organisation is different - regardless of industry - we develop a unique solution for every client with whom we work. At Q Solutions, we place great emphasis on getting to know our clients and focusing on what their concerns, needs and issues are within the context of their sector. This allows us to develop more value-added consultancy and training workshop packages. Thomas Galway has over twenty years' management experience in the service sector, and has spent the majority of his career in a senior management position. He has been a Partner at Q Solutions since 2003 providing specialist consultancy services to high profile clients within the private, public and voluntary sectors across the UK and Ireland. Building on his BSc in Human Communication, he has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in relation to business improvement strategies, developing others in a workplace environment and creating value-added solutions for client companies. He is also a member of the Chartered Quality Institute and has successfully completed the IRCA accredited Quality Lead Auditor course.
