Q. C. Designs, Inc. is an Ohio corporation that was formed in 1982 to provide engineering services and consulting to aluminum metal working industries, foundries and die cast shops. Our customers include many major companies as well as technical societies, including the American Foundry Society, the North American Die Casting Association, and ASM I... nternational. In the early years of the company, most of the activity consisted of technical support of our customer base. However, while working in those plants and for the Societies a number of industry needs became apparent to our staff. The recognition of these needs has led to the development of process and control equipment that offers significant cost reductions and improvements in process measurements. The direct result has often been a real benefit in lowering scrap losses and profit improvement.
