We craft computational solutions to facilitate the discovery and design of biomolecular therapeutics. We harness the power of Deep Learning, Structural Biology and Bioinformatics to help shape the therapeutics of tomorrow. We collect, curate and scrutinize a plethora of Biomolecular structures to provide high-quality datasets to our algorithms. We... leverage Deep Learning and proprietary computational methods to aid the analysis of Biomolecules. Our suite includes state-of-the-art optimization methods to provide users with highly accurate predictions. Joshua holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from University College London and a PhD in Molecular Biology from UCLA. During his time at UCLA he directed his attention to the computational design and experimental characterization of protein nanomaterials. Julien earned his PhD in the field of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics. He further specialized as a postdoctoral researcher at UCLA where he developed strategies for predicting and designing protein assemblies and tackled some theoretical problems in Structural Biology. Matthias holds a M.S. in Systems Biology from Imperial College London and a B.S. in Biochemistry from University College London. He uses his bioinformatics and data science skills to develop methods and integrate programs into the Pythia's Software Suite. Wesley graduated from his PhD in Chemistry at University of California Irvine. During his post doctoral work at the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, he worked on a number of modeling, simulation, and computational structural biology projects. Thibault earned his M.S. in Operations Research from Columbia University and his M.S. in Mathematical Statistics from ENSAE. He focused as a student in Machine Learning and Deep Learning. His role is to implement cutting-edge methods in Pythia's pipeline.
