About Pyramid Hill Wines
As a family partnership, Pyramid Hill Wines is run by a small and dedicated team. Richard Hilder, a long-time viticulturalist with the well known Rosemount Estate, was responsible for establishing many of the original Rosemount vineyards in the Upper Hunter Valley prior to his involvement with Pyramid Hill Wines, and he brings a wealth of viticultural and industry experience to the Pyramid Hill operation. Richards wife Delma is involved too, deftly handling the ever-increasing mountain of financial bookwork and compliance paperwork. Nicholas Adler and Caroline Sherwood exchanged running their own documentary film production companies in Sydney and London for a move to Pyramid Hill, where they now live with their four young children, relishing the challenge of successfully establishing Pyramid Hill as a high quality producer of specialised premium wines.Explore more
