Wilf graduated from the College of the North Atlantic, formally the College of Trades and Technology, in 1978 with a Diploma of Surveying Technology. He joined Pyramid Construction Limited in 1980 as Construction & Operations Manager. In 1989, he assumed the role of General Manager, becoming President in 1992. Under Wilfs leadership and guidance, Pyramid Construction Limited now employs over two hundred people and is recognized as a leader in the heavy civil construction industry of Newfoundland and Labrador.
