Pushp is a fast growing company incorporated in year 2004. The company was set up by the Jain Group, who have vast experience and understanding of Steel business. The company was established as a SPV aimed at backward integration of the promoter's business interests and to add maximum value to the minerals through manufacturing of special steel use... d in Automotive Exhaust Systems complying to Euro-IV and Euro V emission norms. Pushp's subsidiary namely Indian Steel & Power Private Limited is already into manufacturing of Sponge Iron at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. It was taken over by Pushp in year 2008 as a pilot plant for research and development of steel making activities. The company is setting up its greenfield Integrated Steel Plant for a capacity of 0.42 million tones along with captive power, special steel melting and Automotive Components manufacturing facilities at Borai Industrial Growth Centre, Durg, Chhattisgarh. In order to meet the captive requirements, the company has been recommended with captive Iron Ore mining lease for which all the statutory clearances have been achieved. The company has also been allocated with a captive Coal Block for which the clearances are under progress. The company has grown with a sensitive outlook towards environment and society. We are all set to achieve a growth cycle with a strategic focus on manufacturing of steel and special steel through capacity expansion at our existing plant and building further capacities alongwith captive power plant and captive raw material resources.
