We have chosen to recycle what we use, as well as using bio-degradable products as our to-go ware. We are a locally owned and operated restaurant that has been in business since June of 2010. Owners Dave Andrus and Jason Jacobi are seasoned members of the Indianapolis service industry. This is Jason's first venture as a business owner. Born and raised on a farm in Iowa, he is the last of six children. Since moving to Indianapolis in 2001, Jason has been involved with the development and growth of several businesses in the downtown area. He proudly serves as Pure's General Manager, but still makes it home to see his parents whenever he can! Dave has had ownership with three local restaurants, including Pearl Street Pizzeria. He and his wife Courtney have two wonderful daughters, Ella and Emerson, and have been residents of Indianapolis for over 10 years.
