In 2017, after almost 90 years of family ownership, the assets of Federal Pump Repair were sold to PumpMan, a leading nationwide provider of pump and motor service & repair. ABC Electric, acquired in 2019, was PumpMans tenth acquisition and second New York City acquisition. The combined companies now form PumpMan NYC.
