Puff-Wik Inc. was incorporated in June of 1994 with the intention of giving the best hot shot service in the oil and gas industry; bar-none.. Puff-Wik consisted of Glenn and Eva-Marie Wikstrom with a combined 65 years experience in the oil and gas sector. Glenn had thirty-seven years, which included air and barge experience in the northern Territor... ies, managing in the dispatch of trucks and pipe in western Canada and of course the experience of off-road driving in all kinds of conditions. Glenn Wikstrom passed away to our Lord on November 17, 2008 and am proud that he has given so much of his knowledge of the industry to myself, so as to be able to pass it on to many other people. I, Eva-Marie am sol employee and owner/president of Puff-Wik Inc. and have 31 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, which include running the parts department for Pe Ben Industries, parts driving, also inventory control of pipe, and driving in all kinds of conditions in Western Canada. I have a clean slate with WCB and zero accidents for the last eighteen years with Puff-Wik Inc. and prior to working with Totran, Pe Ben Industries. I take pride in what Glenn and I have done for the people that we worked for, but also for me. I believe that having morals and values is the only way to run a business. As that reflects on who I am to our customers. I run a very safe, honest and service orientated company. I am proud of my Small Employer Certificate of Recognition (SECOR); which I have had for seventeen years. I have expanded our operations to Edmonton and Grande Prairie in 2006. Our outlook for the future is very good as the oil industry grows to not only include Alberta, but British Columbia and Saskatchewan. I am also a preferred carrier for Shell Canada Energy, Crescent Point Energy, Suncor/Petro-Canada, Talisman, Apache, Devon and NAL Resources to name a few.
